At Afetto Design, we believe that good experiences start long before the product reaches you. That's why our promotional actions are carefully, sensitively, and respectfully designed – for our customers, our production, and our purpose.

This policy aims to clarify how our campaigns work and ensure clear and honest communication with those who choose Afetto.


1. How our promotions work

Our promotions are planned on an ad-hoc and strategic basis, generally linked to monthly campaigns. This allows us to maintain quality control and ensure that each order is handled with the attention it deserves.

Formats we may offer:

  • Specific discounts on selected products and categories, according to the current campaign;
  • Discounts when paying with PIX;
  • Flexible installment payments up to 10 interest-free installments, to make the shopping experience more accessible;
  • Differentiated shipping on special dates, when expressly communicated.

Each promotion is announced in advance on our official channels (website, Instagram, email marketing) and has a defined period (i.e., starting and ending on stipulated dates, without alteration or extension). Conditions are valid while stocks last and may be altered without prior notice.

2. Institutional actions on commemorative dates

Not every date calls for a discount. Some call for beautiful words, sincere tributes, and customer connection. On occasions such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, or other special dates, we opt for institutional actions that reinforce our essence.

These campaigns do not involve commercial promotions but rather content with emotional value, aligned with Afetto's welcoming and human tone. After all, our purpose goes beyond sales: we want to create experiences that move people.

3. Transparency and respect for the consumer

Our commitment is to transparency. Therefore, all promotions follow the guidelines of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and aim to preserve both customer rights and the viability of our business.

Some important guidelines:

  • Promotions are not cumulative, unless clearly stated;
  • Specific rules, duly informed and available on our website, will apply to each promotion;
  • The promotion will apply to selected items (informed in a dedicated section on our website or with a sign/information in physical stores);
  • Products purchased on promotion cannot be exchanged, except in cases provided by law;
  • In case of return of a product purchased with a discount, the refund will be for the amount actually paid, in accordance with our Exchange and Returns Policy;
  • Promotions are valid only within the disclosed period and are not applicable retroactively;
  • Promotions are for a determined period, expressed on our website, or until stocks last;

4. Why don't we have promotions all the time?

Afetto Design works with a personalized and on-demand production chain. This means that:

  • Our products are made with time, care, and dedication;
  • We work with suppliers and partners, valuing fair trade;
  • Our products are essential items and therefore not discontinued;

Offering aggressive or permanent discounts could compromise production quality, business health, and even the customer experience. Therefore, we prioritize a conscious, balanced, and transparent promotional policy.
