Delivery Policy
Our customers have the option to pick up their order directly at our store or request delivery to the comfort of their home, as we deliver throughout Brazil. We strive to provide the best shopping experience, offering flexible options that meet everyone's needs.
STORE PICKUP:
The store pickup option is valid only for the city of São Paulo, and you must select this option at the time of purchase. Your order will be carefully prepared and will be ready within the established deadlines. We will send a message via WhatsApp, informing you when your order is available for pickup.
With the order number and the email notification that the order is ready, you can go to our store, presenting an identification document (we release the order to the buyer). Please remember that for this pickup option, the transportation and accommodation of large items are your sole responsibility.
Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
If you have made a purchase and cannot go to the store yourself for pickup, please include in your order notes the authorization for another person to pick it up, including their full name and identification document.
The deadline for picking up orders at the store is 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of sending the product availability notification. After this period, if the order has not been picked up, it will be considered canceled, and the amounts will be refunded to the customer.
DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS:
Our customers' orders are delivered throughout Brazil, carried out through our partner carriers. The shipping cost varies according to each delivery region and will be paid by the customer. After dispatching the order, we will notify you via WhatsApp with the tracking number, making it easier to track the order.
For this option, upon receiving the order, carefully check the information contained in the Invoice and on the packaging (order type, quantity, color, name of the buyer), and also check for any packaging violations or damage. If the order differs from what was requested, refuse the receipt and contact us so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
It is your responsibility to check and ensure that your order will pass through the dimensions of the common areas or internal areas of your residence (such as doors, elevators, stairs, etc.). The cost of transportation does not include assembly and disassembly services for parts.
We emphasize that, due to the nature of certain products, some are sent assembled (such as the Montessori tower) and others pre-assembled. Our wallpapers do not come with application product (glue), and it is the customer's responsibility to perform or contract a service for application in their residence.

Each carrier has its own rules regarding whether deliveries are made only at the concierge or if there is flexibility for the order to be delivered directly to the door of the house. The decisions of the transportation companies are made without the involvement of Afetto Design, whose responsibility is limited to the delivery of products precisely as advertised on the website and social media.
